Hello Fellow Gamers!

How are you all? I hope everyones been staying safe at home and been playing games like a champion!

Thank you to all of you once again for viewing and keeping track of this project and for playing my game! This is Devlog 2 and I am excited to announce that I have made quite a few updates to the game which should make the game more understandable, easier and feel a whole lot more satisfying than the previous version. 

The changes and additions are as follows:

Added a cellphone and and cellphone ringtone to the beginning of the game!

Added the cellphone message screen and two instructional events!

Added the infection mechanic where, while the virus is invisible the infection count will immediately rise, forcing you to grab the suit and start fighting the virus!

Added music to the main menu and loading bar screen.

Added interactive win screens with options to play again or quit game.

Optimized the shoot mechanic to feel quicker and faster and deal more damage. On the whole the shooting feels a bit more natural now and less delayed.

Only one issue still remains and that is the hand clipping issue which I am currently trying to solve. Unfortunately with Unity's Light Weight Render Pipeline having changed the way in which FPS's can be drawn on screen, the solving of this issue in this pipeline is a lot more difficult than anticipated and due to the system, might not have a solution, but I am determined to find one or a work around at least.

In the mean time I hope you all enjoy the new version of the game! I have learnt so much from continuing to make this game better and I have plans to extended it and turn it into a bigger better game!
