Hello Fellow Gamers!

How are you all? It is a brand new day, with a brand new energy! and what better way to start this day than to introduce my new GAME STUDIO - ORIENT GAMES!!!!!!!!!!!! Now you may be wondering why the Asian theme with the semi-sci-fi-esque game? Well let me tell you all a little bit about me. Being Asian is part of my heritage and culture, and its a part of me that I adore and wish to share with all of you :) I chose the name ORIENT as there are a number of Asian themed games that I am intending to make (one called The Bill Dance - more on that later in future posts), but more than that the word to ORIENT oneself means to align or position oneself, often comfortably and to become familiar with the tasks, material or equipment that one is unfamiliar with. As one becomes more familiar with activities or items, one becomes comfortable, confident and ultimately happy with engaging with the once unfamiliar activity or thing. This holds meaning for my studio which aims to present games that pose a fun challenge that one becomes familiar with and which sparks a sense of joy! - Make Games. Spread Joy.

And so that is why the name is! A name through which many more great games will come to you!

Speaking of games, whats been happening with the Sur-Viral Shooter you ask? Well we have news for you as.... 

THERE IS A NEW SURVIVAL MODE! 

I've been working hard over the last few weeks to bring you all a survival mode that pits you against wave upon wave of the virus! I've added a scoreboard and a High Score! So see if you can beat your own score? I'm hoping this provides some replayability . I've also left the vanilla mode in there as a quick play session!

Please let me know how it is! Any feed back would be great!

The road map for this game as it stands so far is to now implement a currency system and a shop so that things can be bought with in game currency to help you work through the waves^^ I plan to add touch controls and buttons to toggle between weapons soon as I plan to take this to the Google Play Store! Let me know if this is something you'd like to see! I also plan to add some new levels in time.

quick notes on the bug side unfortunately: I am aware of the clipping issue and am working to try and get that resolved. The exe file is also still labeled as Viral Shooter 2, so please use that to enter the game. Will try and sort that sometime soon.
